The company was established in 1992 as scientific-industrial consulting enterprise "Bagira" for dealing in the sphere of scientific-practical and methodical development and for providing consulting services. Within the course of it's reorganization in 1999 Assessoring-Сonsulting Сompany 'Bagira-Expert' developed into a separate enterprise, it's main business activities being providing services in the sphere of valuation and revaluation of industrial enterprises and all other types of appraisal as well as legal support for business activities. We have been dealing in the sphere of valuation since 1995. Since 2001 we have been successfully working in the area of real estate transactions.

• Government of Russian Federation license № 000435 of August, 29, 2001 for carrying out all types of valuating activities:
• providing estimate value of real estate,

• Attestation by the Government of Moscow as professional real estate asserter;

• Membership in the Russian Society of Appraisers (RSA).
